I’ve collaborated with the Nebraska Department of Education on multiple statewide eLearning initiatives (2017–2018, 2021), most recently as part of my graduate capstone project (2025), developing training modules that support educators across diverse programs.

• Developed 3 statewide professional development modules (ESL, Homeless Liaison, SLIFE) serving 559+ educators;achieved strong outcomes including 100% pass rates in two courses, a 98% average score in ESL, high satisfactionacross all modules, and substantial active participation (e.g., 437 ESL enrollments, 275 active learners).
• Built interactive eLearning using Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, and Adobe Captivate incorporating scenarios, simulations, and knowledge checks.
